Their team is composed of dedicated, experienced, and professional individuals who uphold best practices in pension scheme management. They deliver comprehensive services to Trustees, Employers, and Members. The office is located in Clonskeagh, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of reception experience with the ability to start immediately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle information discreetly and confidentially

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client’s team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that serves as the first point of contact for clients, members, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage multiple busy external phone lines.
  • Welcome and assist clients, staff, and other visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Oversee the front office environment and logistics.
  • Handle the recording, receiving, and distribution of post and courier deliveries.
  • Respond to emails directed to the info@ mailboxes within agreed service levels.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, especially:
  • Providing backup support to the Documentation Management Centre.
  • Assisting the Executive PA during Board Meetings, which may require an earlier start time.
  • Perform other related duties as they arise.

Candidate Requirements:
