Description:
The main duty for Temporary Assistant Executive, Research Operations is as a Good Receipt Officer (GRN) officer for the ARIBA P2P system for L7B account at LKCMedicine. He/She needs to handle all GRN for the 60 labs at LKCMedicine. Additionally, He/She need to manage all the research pantries in Experimental Medicine Building (EMB) ensuring ample supply of snacks and beverages for the researchers. He/She oversees the scanning and filing of the purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders and commissioning certifications in accordance to the research grants to facilitate tracking of expenditure. Furthermore, he/she need to assist with glassware washing duties at both EMB and CSB whenever he/she is available.
Responsibilities:
- Main receptionist for the research laboratories on level 4 EMB
- Perform goods receipt (GRN) for laboratories at EMB for all research consumables issue by L7B account
- Maintain and manage all the research pantries at EMB level 3 and 4
- General administration work such as data entry, photocopying, document filing, management of stationeries, etc.
- Assist in glassware washing for research labs in CSB and EMB
- Assist in research operational matters such as day-to-day managing of gas supplies and waste disposal, whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Basic administration skills such as filing, purchasing, etc.
- 1-2 year experience in general administrative work
- The candidate should be well organized, a team player and able to work in fast-pace environment
This is a 6 months temporary contract appointment.
