• Superior oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents.
• English proficiency is required. IELTS score as requested
• Ability to work well with teenagers and their parents, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently when needed.

  Bright Learners Private School, an esteemed American school in Dubai, is a seeking passionate and dedicated individual to join our team immediately as a Temporary Grade 6 Math Teacher. As a valued member of our educational community, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for elementary school students. This role is temporary and will end by July 5, 2024. A successful candidate may have the opportunity for a full-time position academic year 2024-2025.
  Under the supervision of leadership team, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the leadership team and faculty to effectively perform and carry out lesson plans, ensuring a seamless transition in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
• Provide advisory, service learning, and other professional support as required by the assignment, contributing to the holistic development of students.
• Cover the designated number of sections as defined by the assignment, delivering high-quality instruction and maintaining an interactive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Follow attendance guidelines established by the School, keeping accurate records to support the continuity of the learning process.
• Read and adhere to the guidelines outlined in the school Faculty Handbook, ensuring alignment with the school’s educational philosophy and standards.
• Assume all other duties as assigned by the school leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the school community.
