Job description
Work for a well known Real Estate Agency in The Hills district – 5 week temporary role commencing immediately – $33ph + Super
The Role:
Sitting on reception you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service. You’ll assist with administrative tasks and support our team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and office space

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role essential
  • Prior experience working in a real estate environment highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be available to between dates of 26th April - 3rd June.
