  • Skilled in providing consultation and advice with an ability to influence colleagues at all levels
  • Strategically minded and organised, good problem-solving skills with an ability to plan and prioritise work schedules within agreed timescales
  • Robust knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awareness
  • Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standards
  • Previous experience managing a team in a high volume fashion retailer (12-18 months Management/ Leadership Experience) or demonstrable leadership experience while working in a visual merchandising role.

Responsibilities:

This role will:

  • Be responsible for the visual proposition across the store and lead and develop a high performing visual merchandising team. Collaborate with the Store Management team to deliver impactful visual displays that exceed customer expectations and maximise sale
