Description:
Applications are invited to join our Temporary Workforce Team based at Whiston Hospital.
The Temporary Workforce Team provides a comprehensive and effective temporary workforce service to the Trust via both our own internal bank and variety of agencies. The successful candidate will join our growing team supporting the organisation to provide efficient and timely invoicing to our partner agencies.
If you are an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and an efficient approach to workload then this could be the role for you.
Our service is fast paced and in high demand, so an ability to work flexibly and adapt your daily priorities swiftly will be an advantage.
As a key contact for agencies working in partnership with us you will provide a professional, comprehensive, and efficient service for the processing of temporary workforce invoices for the Trust.
You will regularly be in contact with these agencies and their finance departments so a confidence in your ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across administrative teams will be essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to use their own initiative to support with swift payment and dealing with agency invoice queries, which will support the wider Temporary Workforce Team in meeting the Trust deadlines for agency invoice payments.
