OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY

You will be part of the team that brings together like-minded stakeholders, community and corporate partners to drive inclusion and build community connectedness for persons with disabilities and their caregivers within Enabling Village. Enabling Village is the first inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into the society. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, passionate and versatile individual to oversee the implementation of Enabling Village’s placemaking and programming strategy, and to manage strategic tenant-partner relationships. This includes seeking like-minded corporate and community partners to take up the space to catalyse new training and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, as well as conceptualising and implementing programmes.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
• Possess 6 to 8 years of working experience in similar capacity. Experience in placemaking, programming, tenancy, business and/or partnership development, contract management and marketing is preferred
• Strong interest in impacting the lives of persons with disabilities and caregivers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Keen attention to detail and flair for operations
• Analytical thinker, strong problem solving and project / budget management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for excellence
• Able to contribute as part of a team, while working independently with minimum supervision
