Tenant Accounting Analyst

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to serve as the internal liaison between leasing, property management, regional counsel, and a third-party lease administration team. Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing tenant CAM and real estate tax billings, conducting periodic lease notes abstraction, and managing tenant vacancies. Additionally, you will support internal requests for detailed lease interpretation, monitor the monthly rent roll, and process changes in rent, CAM, real estate tax, and other charges. The Accounting Specialist will handle tenant discussions, collecting rents, and pursuing accounts receivable will be part of your primary responsibilities, along with resolving disputed charges and working closely with external attorneys for legal collections. Your role will also involve establishing and maintaining positive landlord-tenant relationships, as well as undertaking any additional duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstrated experience in tenant accounting and lease administration, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in property management software and financial systems.
