JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TENDER MANAGER, POWER SYSTEMS AT SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC
Schneider Electric is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tender Manager to join our dynamic Power Systems Nordic team. As a Tender Manager, you will play a crucial role in submitting competitive tenders for projects, utilizing your expertise in power system design, low voltage and medium voltage area with preventive digital solutions.
You will be supporting the Opportunity Team to understand customer requirements and deal closures. If you’re passionate about driving success and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in tender management, risk analysis, and customer negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, Swedish seen as a plus.
- Driving license.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing project requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions that showcase Schneider Electric’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Providing technical support and expertise during the tendering process, including addressing technical queries and participating in customer meetings as needed.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools, leveraging your insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure mastering all aspects of the offer: technical proposal, purchasing, cash flow etc.
- Ensure consistency and interfaces from one package or project to another, with account’s habits including risks, T&Cs, set-up and hours, taxes, lessons learnt etc.
