This position offers a minimum base salary according to the CBA (employees in the electrical industry) starting at EUR 3.024,27 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to negotiating a higher salary than the amount set forth in the CBA.

Responsibilities:
- You will create tender proposals that meet customer requirements and will provide the most efficient and cost-effective solutions in accordance with Hitachi Energy guidelines.
- You will ensure the timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- You will organize all aspects of the tender process in line with Hitachi Energy standards, including technical, financial, product management and risk assessments, and independently handle contracts as well as smaller projects.
- You will coordinate with the supply chain department to identify potential suppliers for equipment and materials through regular analysis of customer needs and market trends.
- You will contribute to an effective and positive customer relationship throughout the entire sales process.
- You will analyze and evaluate tender results, identifying areas for improvement to enhance success.
