Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE …

Working as part of the MMS Tender Team, you will work across 3 of our key brands (Maxxia, RemServ and Interleasing) playing a critical role in the sales cycle through the successful preparation, co-ordination and submission of bid responses.
As tenders are received by the business you will analyse tender requirements, identify issues/gaps and design and implement strategies/themes for incorporation in tender responses.
You must be deadline driven and have the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Your skill set will include the ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
This demanding position will involve relationship building and interaction with various internal stakeholders to gather information and shape clear, persuasive arguments in written format.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE…

  • Skills developed in a writing environment is a key prerequisite, including the ability to write persuasive sales language and a willingness to network with subject matter experts in the business to develop content.
  • Strong project management skills, a commitment to meeting tight deadlines and a strong sense of urgency are essential.
  • Well-developed business analytics will also be highly valued.
  • Previous experience working in tender teams would be highly desirable
