We are currently looking for a Tender Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the role will involve supporting our Estimating Team with Tendering daily / weekly activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
  • Organising the detailed content/ requirements to be included as part of the tender documentation with the relevant procurement team members.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage Tendering mailbox to ensure all actions are complete.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events.
