ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Master or bachelor degree in the Legal Field
  • Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
  • Cooperative approach with the stakeholders
  • Accuracy and good analytical skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the activities related to the procedures for the assignment of goods and services for amounts equal to or greater than Euro 40,000.00, in accordance with the current legislation on public procurement and with internal purchase procedures, following the various procedural steps in their entirety;
  • Supporting the drafting of the tender documentation and the publication of the tender procedure;
  • Supporting the management of the tender, up to the drafting and signing of the contract
