About You:
We’re looking for an individual with a drive to be the best and to lead and exceptional and memorable Tequila Diageo Experience for Visitors and Employees with high standards of customer service.
Function:
Create, develop, planning and organization and coordination of related events to improve the Tequila Diageo Experience.
Coordinate and communicate the visit agenda, as well as balance the agendas of all those involved.
Analyze the purpose of the employees and visits to prepare the vital information and materials that will be used during the tour.
Carrying out guided tours, assembly and tutored tastings of our products, improving the experience of our visits.
Implementation of strategies to develop innovative ideas.
Coordinate hospitality duties including transport, food, drinks, lodging, souvenirs.
Guarantee the cleaning and general upkeep of the different locations used for the experience.
Work on personal development to expand own knowledge and achieve company goals.
Provide statistics and satisfaction indicators that allow you to make decisions to evolve the experience.
Address visitor queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Periodically conduct security audits and training sessions, ensuring compliance with security standards.
About the Role:
This role plays a crucial role in managing tours in and out of the distilleries, as well as the heritage centre, to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.
The TEL is responsible for maintaining high service standards, improving visitor satisfaction and driving operational efficiency. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the Brand Home Marketing, Tequila Specilist Team, Brand Change Team, & Brand Ambassadors, to ensure all visitor experience initiatives align with the company’s values and strategy. the brands.
The TEL must also participate within its scope with the launch of new innovations and promotions.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Tourism, Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years broad and deep experience of delivering guided tours, customer and employee services preferably in the tequila industry.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar program (MS Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong customer service understanding.
  • Ability to handle vendors.
  • Ability to think critically and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Leadership to coordinate those responsible for each area in each activity.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
