Melbourne - South and West Territory
An exciting opportunity to join a high performing team within our consumer division has become available in Melbourne, Australia. As Territory Manager, you will be responsible to drive distribution, implement promotional activities and educate our retail partners on Galderma products to provide healthy skin for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide education on Galderma products to Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacists.
  • Develop and execute education, sales and distribution strategies to achieve KPI’S and exceed revenue goals within your assigned region.
  • Drive National Banner promotional plans and campaigns.
  • Drive sales and distribution based on sales data analysis in line with customer and business needs.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities and threats within the Consumer division and wider Galderma environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region including Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacists
  • Attend and present at relevant industry events.
  • Negotiate promotional activities in independent stores.
  • Develop and agree with customers on Shopper Marketing plans (visibility, displays, Co-Op usage)
  • Manage & track co-op allocation and promotional forecasts; align co-op with customers based on greatest ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in the Pharmacy or Retail industry or equivalent.
  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in the use of IQVIA databases desirable.
  • Key Account or State Account Management experience is desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI’s and Sales targets within territory.
