REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • You have a strong experience in tender submission and management within the Denmark market
  • You bring previous work experience from commercial or health care functions within the Med Tech and/or life science industry
  • You have a winning mentality, are a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and attention to detail
  • You thrive in execution and collaboration, deliver strong sales results, and allow the company to grow consistently
  • You are truly service-oriented and able to build relationships with customers through empathy and diplomacy
  • You have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • You thrive in an environment with minimal guidance, show initiative and follow-up to meet deadlines and objectives

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluent in Danish, oral and written (mandatory)
Good skills in English, oral and written

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

There is a large amount of travelling within Denmark on a daily basis to cover all the regions.
There may be monthly travel to the national office in Soborg. Also, 3-4 times per year to international meetings and up to 20 nights per year in hotels.

WORKING TIME

National legislation/ Full week working time
Working environment is home based and travel when required. Daily travels in the field of Denmark.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Territory Manager Infusion Care to cover the entirety of Denmark, someone who will be instrumental in strategically advancing client relations, overseeing tender processes, and contributing to the anticipated revenue growth within the nation. Key aspects of this position include the management of tenders, strategizing, cultivating, and implementing sales strategies across a range of institutions, from large hospitals to smaller facilities like nursing homes and domiciliary care services. Building a network and establishing connections with key stakeholders and new influential customers is essential.
In this autonomous position, you report to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be focusing on the neria™ portfolio within the Pain & Palliative Care segment in Denmark.

YOUR KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategies for tender processes and provide support throughout the tendering stages
  • Investigate key individuals and entities responsible for budget and formulary decisions, as well as their methods and systems
  • Aid in the formulary inclusion and inventory process, ensuring clinical clients are assisted during the evaluation of products, and complete necessary reporting, presentations, and related tasks
  • Formulate goals and plans for managed accounts to foster business growth
  • Strategically manage business relationships with accounts, dedicating time and resources to objectives that promote business development
  • Drive activities that increase customer awareness when product access has been successfully achieved
  • Establish a robust network of relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Showcase the capacity to cultivate solid relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in managed accounts
  • Understand and map influencers and decision makers
  • Create approaches to engage with difficult-to-reach yet critical influencers and decision-makers
  • Spot potential scenarios where service offerings could align with the requirements of clinical and non-clinical clients, paving the way for increased sales
  • Work with colleagues to advance and implement service offerings
  • Nurture relationships with existing key opinion leaders (KOLs) and actively seek out and foster new KOLs and advocates
