They are continuing to grow and due to an internal promotion are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to cover Scotland, Cumbria and Northern Ireland. You will be joining a diverse team of creative, driven and ambitious Territory Managers to develop accounts and win new business.

REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful for this Territory Manager role you will be an experienced primary care sales specialist with extensive experience selling medical devices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, creative and self-motivated individual looking to join a successful team that rewards hard work and is looking to grow. To be successful you will have:
- Ideally based in Scotland with a flexible approach to travel and passion for face to face sales
- Solid experience with primary care sales selling medical devices within chronic diseases
- Knowledge of the formulary approval process and prescription sales
- An ambitious, driven and creative approach to achieving sales and overcoming challenges
- A collaborative approach and a desire to achieve results at both an individual and company level
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing your territory as if it were your own business to develop existing accounts and to drive new business. You will be responsible for managing all sales and financial activity working closely with the Head of Sales, National Sales Manager and Market Access Lead to achieve increased market share. You will:
- Manage all sales and marketing activities throughout your territory to achieve sales targets and win new business
- Maintain existing, and developing new relationships with key clinical and budget stakeholders including GPs, nurses, pharmacists and specialist clinicians
- Regularly attend congresses and industry exhibitions to promote products and develop contacts
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to share knowledge and best practices
