JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We have an outstanding field-based opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our PI Oncology Team, BD Interventional Division (BDI). The successful candidate will be managing Finland.
The PI Oncology portfolio has a broad range of innovative solutions within biopsy, both core needle and vacuum assisted solutions, markers, bone biopsy, ports, drainage etc.
Reporting to the Nordic PI Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account revenue growth and customer satisfaction within our Oncology Portfolio. Focus areas will include driving new business with responsibility for achieving sales expectations in the Finnish territory while providing outstanding service and support to physicians and nurses to meet patient’s needs. The Territory Manager will be responsible for case coverage in hospitals while working with physicians and key decision makers.
Responsibilities:
- Sell innovative, life-changing Oncology products to help improving health for patients.
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to ensure market penetration, achieve sales goals, establish new accounts in the assigned territory.
- Meet and conduct consultative sales calls with e.g. Radiologists, Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Nurses, and Procurement.
- Educate customers on products and accurate clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.
- Routinely attend procedures/cases in hospital procedure rooms and advise on product usage and gain insight into specific needs of physicians’ and staff.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and ability to speak clinically to physicians at a high level.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Participate in local and international congresses and meetings as needed.
