Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for a Territory Manager to join our dynamic National Sales Team representing Sentry Medical across Victoria. This important role will work closely with customers across the health space to grow new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer care. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated candidate with a clinical sales background who is looking to grow their career and step up to the next level.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets
  • Build strong networks and relationships with key decision-makers and industry key opinion leaders across both the public and private health spaces and other customer groups
  • Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition of our products
  • Provide ongoing customer support, including product training and education
  • Facilitate clinical product trials and evaluations with customers and potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a clinical sales role
  • Ability to promote a varied & technical portfolio of products
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship building skills with stakeholders, both internal and external to the business.
  • Demonstrated successes in your ability to expand and maintain networks
  • Proven ability to find and convert sales opportunities
  • A collaborative & team player mentality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with a diverse range of people in a warm, friendly and helpful manner.
  • A growth mindset and be independent, resilient, self-motivated, flexible with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A results driven approach with proven skills in problem solving, innovation and critical thinking.
  • Effective and efficient time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and pivot to meet business needs and tight deadlines.
  • A high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A desire for professional growth and development.
  • High level of PC and MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of the medical consumables industry.
