As the Territory Sales and Technical Manager at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and technical activities. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement a sales plan focused on the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishing strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned market and contribute to the development of sales and technical training programs for new and existing clientele will be a large part of your role!

Responsibilities:

  • Devise effective territory sales, technical training and marketing strategies
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
  • Present products and services to prospective customers
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Conduct training in sales and technical techniques and company product attributes
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports
