The JAPA Group of Companies - JAPA Machinery Group & JAPA Equipment Rentals - are looking for an experienced and results-driven Territory Manager to join our sales team. Based out of our Acheson facility, you will be responsible for driving sales and rentals of new and used XCMG Construction Equipment within your assigned territory. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our customer base while delivering exceptional service and achieving specific outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact between the customers and JAPA
  • Execute sales of new and used products and equipment rentals, identifying and developing new prospects and accounts
  • Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, rental agreements, and sales presentations
  • Provide after-sale support and exceptional customer service
  • Develop creative solutions for leasing, financing, and rental purchase solutions
  • Administrate shipping and receiving logistics as required
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and territory management teams to implement sales action plans, and monitor economic trends and new product development

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proven track record of developing effective sales strategies
  • Results-oriented with exceptional planning, organization, and execution skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
  • The ability to make decisions under pressure

Must have a valid Driver’s License
