Ansell is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our EMEA Commercial Healthcare sales organisation in North-West Germany.
In this position you will play a vital role in in promoting and selling Ansell’s products and services to achieve or exceed targeted sales within the assigned territory.
If you have a proven successful experience in Hospital Sales (medical/OR) and knowledge of hospital/clinical networks in Germany, you might be the next colleague we are looking for! Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided for this position.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, Germanics & France you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyse, formulate, implement Ansell’s business to maximise sales & increase market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansell’s business by using data-drive and structured approach.
- Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies.
- Prepare sales plans and goals.
- Establish and maintain partnership with customers and colleagues.
- Supervise and train hospital customers in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes.
- Guide key accounts on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansell’s marketing and sales programs.
- Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts.
- Handle customers complains & quality issues according to the Medical Devices Act.
