Description:
The primary responsibility of these individuals will be to generate and close new business within their assigned territory. The Territory Sales Manager will, within their assigned territory, drive the identification, qualification and closing of opportunities leading to the generation of both new business (new logos, upsell, cross-sell, services) and revenue from upsells. Territory Sales Manager will also collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction, renewal and reference generation.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional data in Neon One’s Salesforce and SalesLoft instance so that sales management can easily access information on sales activity performance and pipeline performance and accurately forecastMaintain and update SalesForce and SalesLoft
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction, renewal and reference generation.
- Execute predefined Cadences and campaigns
- Use Vidyard in Prospect outreach
Contribute to team and Sales Meetings
Great to Haves:
2+ years of experience in solution and consultative selling with demonstrated success closing new business in a quota carrying position, direct experience selling SAAS is preferred
- Measurable success with business development, generating leads through outbound engagement
- Capacity to become proficient in our full product suite including Neon CRM & Neon Web Studio offerings
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills with the ability to present simple, effective solutions to complex challenges in the form of software demonstrations
- Some experience managing existing accounts is preferred
- Proven team player with a track record of exceptional inter-departmental collaboration
- High EQ and IQ: Maintains an effective, professional working relationships with executives, managers and staff
- Experience using pipeline management tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft is preferred
