As a Territory Sales Manager:

  • Sales and Performance Goals: Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, strategic objectives and team success.
  • Customer Service and Retention: Maintain excellence in customer service across all locations to ensure high retention and loyalty.
  • Operational Oversight: Regularly audit operational practices including inventory and cash management, across all managed locations.
  • Sales Process and Quality Management: Identify and implement enhancements in the sales process. Collaborate with management to refine practices, aiming for superior sales quality and efficiency.
  • Team Training and Development: Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members. Coach existing staff in sales techniques and product knowledge, services, and promotions; fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Approve time cards and manage team schedules, perform weekly huddles and utilize teams for communication
  • Reporting and Analysis: Communicate and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data. Analyze reports to guide strategic decisions and operational adjustments.
  • Marketing and Company Initiatives: Initiate marketing efforts to support sales goals. Ensure the consistent implementation of company strategies and community involvement.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the distribution of technology, support, and training resources within the sales team to optimize effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 or more years Senior Multi-Unit Management Experience
  • 5 or more years in Retail or Customer Service Experience
  • Strong Organization, People Development, Problem Solving, and Analytical Skills, Experienced in Google Sheets/Docs
    Job Type: Full-time
    Salary: Starting … $65,000.00 per year
