The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Test Analyst with strong communication skills, knowledge, and experience in banking and financial services to perform quality engineering activities and focus on the delivery of valuable outcomes and ensures alignment to client and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for Core Banking Applications with understanding of customer accounts, transactions, loans, deposits and other financial products (familiarity with Australian Major Banking mandatory)
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders and excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test script, test cases and test data
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate risks associated with application under test
• Establish and maintain metrics to track testing progress, defects and overall quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness

Required Capabilities and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automation testing
• Experience with Core Banking Applications with understanding of Customer accounts, Transactions, Loans, Deposits and other financial products (familiarity with Australian Major Banking mandatory)
• Experience in automation frameworks (Selenium-BDD)
• Experience in API, Webservices
• Experience in Agile Methodology and Test Management tools and techniques
• Experience with Compass
