Description:

Lutheran Services is a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the people and communities of Queensland since 1935. We provide quality, contemporary care and support at more than 20 locations throughout Queensland.
Lutheran Services is seeking an experienced Test Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Based at our Support Centre at Milton the Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality ICT solutions by executing test activities across multiple projects and working with stakeholders.
Predominately focusing on the testing and implementation of TechnologyOne’s “Ci Anywhere” ERP system and Humanforce’s rostering & award interpretation system, working closely with the team to identify and resolve bugs and issues that will impact the quality of the solution for the end user.

As a key contributor to release planning and deployment activities, you will play a vital role in reporting and tracking defects, ensuring their timely resolution through effective communication with the development team. Your meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality will contribute to the successful and punctual delivery of our systems, meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
In addition to technical expertise, the role of Test Analyst requires exceptional stakeholder management skills. It is essential that you can communicate effectively and clearly, translating technical concepts into language that non-technical stakeholders can understand. Your ability to listen actively and understand the needs of end-users and other stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring successful collaboration and alignment throughout the testing and implementation process.
Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you will actively seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to continuously enhance our testing processes and methodologies. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining our systems’ exceptional standards of quality.
