Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Junior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of automated systems and processes. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with some experience in automation engineering to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of automation concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automated systems.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications, user manuals, and other documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the integration of automation systems with existing processes and systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automation engineering.
