We have R&D offices located in Australia, Canada, and Chile. Depending on the successful application, this role will be based in either Brisbane, Australia or in Vancouver, Canada.
The Role
You will join an agile product development team creating Wenco’s next generation Fleet Management System and Open Autonomy platform. We are looking for someone with strong technical capability for a team creating high performance, high availability business critical capabilities. Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will be responsible for helping to create and mature the test automation capabilities within Wenco R&D.

The Experience

NICE TO HAVE:

• You have prior experience with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications
• Experience working with complex system simulations and simulation frameworks
• You have created and maintained pipeline automation in Jenkins, Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Experience with ROS
• Experience and/or knowledge of the mining industry.
• Experience in Pytest and Cucumber (Gherkin)

Education & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Must be eligible to work in Australia or Canada

Base salary of CAD $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
