Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in analogue and digital electronics, with experience in using automated and manual test equipment.
- Hold a Degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred) OR have completed a relevant apprenticeship with experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Defence Industry or safety-critical equivalent.

- Possess a proactive attitude with practical, rational, and dynamic thinking skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
- Uphold Company Health and Safety Policy in all tasks.
- Provide technical support to production, conducting fault diagnostics down to component level.
- Create and update production test specifications/documentation.
- Effectively manage the Calibration Department in line with company processes/procedures.
- Collaborate with production engineering on new product introductions.
- Maintain the repair database and offer technical support to the engineering team.
