Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in analogue and digital electronics, with experience in using automated and manual test equipment.
  • Hold a Degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred) OR have completed a relevant apprenticeship with experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Defence Industry or safety-critical equivalent.

  • Possess a proactive attitude with practical, rational, and dynamic thinking skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold Company Health and Safety Policy in all tasks.
  • Provide technical support to production, conducting fault diagnostics down to component level.
  • Create and update production test specifications/documentation.
  • Effectively manage the Calibration Department in line with company processes/procedures.
  • Collaborate with production engineering on new product introductions.
  • Maintain the repair database and offer technical support to the engineering team.
