• You will be responsible for the execution of Xerotech’s test & validation campaign. You will be tasked with a single overarching goal of proving that the Xerotech Hibernium™ platform is robust and reliable.
• You will get to build and develop a multi-million euro test & validation infrastructure for cell, module, pack and system level high-voltage lithium-ion batteries.
• You will have a deep full-spectrum in-house capability with regard to test. We do everything ourselves so you will have to build and run a full test lab.
• You will lead a team of around 5 test engineers/technicians.
• You will be exposed to the bleeding edge of electric vehicle battery technology and be responsible for proving and validating the next-generation of battery systems that are disrupting world today.
