SPECIALIST SKILLS, REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND CONDITIONS:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience leading and motivating test teams in a complex environment
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certification of Test Management experience across all phases of testing
• Proven experience and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Quality Assurance of supplier software deliverables
• Ability to assess risks to schedule, cost or quality on project testing activities
• Proven experience in all aspects of software application product testing
• Strong skills in problem-solving, root cause identification, and innovative thinking. Astute business acumen skills and an understanding of organisational issues and challenges
• A collaborative team player with a sense of adventure and fun

THE ROLE:

This role will be part of the Business Transformation Division partnering with our business to deliver new ways of operating for the next generation, focusing on sustainable solutions for our staff and community. Reporting to the Technology Lead you will be part of an exciting program of work to deliver processes and systems to make the City of Salisbury a Great Place to Work.
