Test Manager - Job Description

• This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies and the payments industry. Common know how should include Payments Workflow, Payments Initiation and Processing, understanding of ISO20022, CBPR and RTGS flows, High Value and Low Value Payments
• Test Project Success: You will be responsible for the success of the test project.
• Test Activities Management: Manage the test activities around the project, including resource coordination and test assignment.
• Test Plans Creation: Support with the creation of test plans/scenarios by selecting or designing new test cases.
• Test Progress Tracking: Track the test progress and reported issues.
• Test Results Documentation: Document and present the test results.
• Technical Test Environments: Ensure that the technical test environments are complete and ready for testing.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Align with internal and external stakeholders on the current and overall quality assurance status.
• Best Practices Sharing: Share best practices with clients and the internal community.
• Dependencies on HUB core banking & other systems, Pricing & Billing
• Managing the 4 QA roles and interdependencies with the sub value streams
• Good direction, resource management

In addition, other additional activities which may be required:

• Create/modify/review the Master Test Strategy document for large engagements.
• Create/update/review Test Estimations, Project/ Sprint Planning effort.
