Responsibilities:
- Managing End to End testing of the IRRMU project deliverables including coordination with upstream and downstream application testing.
- Conducting risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts based on program priorities, criticality of functionalities, and potential impact on business operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies as needed.
- Developing comprehensive end-to-end test strategies tailored to IRRMU project, considering system complexity, regulatory requirements, and business needs. The strategies to encompass all aspects of end-to-end testing for treasury technology and business processes, including requirement validation, functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Contributing to program roadmaps and identifying and communicating testing risks, updates, to effectively coordinate delivery with technology and business teams.
- Liaising with Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Testing Partners, and the Technical Testing team to develop, implement and deliver Program and Project Test Strategies.
- Scheduling tests for execution and then monitoring, measuring, controlling and reporting on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results.
- Implementing automated business regression testing capability.
- Upskilling business knowledge in the testing team and ensuring this knowledge is applied in impact/risk assessments and test cases
