Test Team Lead

Test Team Lead required for a leading healthcare provider in Swansea who are looking for someone to oversee a team of Software Testers and advise on multiple concurrent complex testing programmes, and on long-term strategy.
Our client are looking for someone to lead a team, plan and manage the testing lifecycle of the critical business applications throughout each key phase including systems and integration, operational acceptance, regression, and performance testing. This role is stakeholder facing and requires someone with strong experience presenting to senior management and wider tech and business teams.

Essential Skillset:

• Previous experience leading a team of Test Analysts
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio Team System (Team Edition and Web Access)
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including white box and black box
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Quality Centre
