QA Tester:

• Test planning and management
• Managing the Test Management cycle in Jira X-Ray
• Requirements gathering, liaising with business users to clarify requirements, updating requirements documents and translating them into test cases.
• Regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• API testing

BA functions:

• Analyzing business processes and requirements.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders.
• Creating and updating documentation (such as requirements documents, user stories).
• Conducting workshops and meetings to gather and clarify requirements.
• Supporting testing and quality assurance processes.

In this role, you’ll not only be the SME in the testing space but you’ll be required to take on BA functionality as well. This role is a great hybrid mix for someone who wants to do more than just write test cases.

This is a hybrid role with a required 3 days in office a week.

• Collaborate with various stream leads to support testing activities.
• Perform business analyst tasks such as reviewing current requirements, consulting with global business users, and updating requirement documents as necessary.
• Plan and oversee testing for multiple releases.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing, integration, regression, and test reporting using Jira.
• Execute a variety of test cases across all organizational testing streams.
• Develop detailed Test Scripts and Test Procedures based on testing needs
• Execute Test Cases to identify, document, and prioritize defects and change requests, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Work closely with business teams and coordinate with Developers (local and remote) to gather scope and requirements for identified change requests.
