Testing Engineer (elevators & escalators)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• Must hv lift / escalator background or industry
• Able to lead technician

• Lead in-house Testers for lift testing and commissioning of the new installation projects at private commercial, HOB and town council and need for assistance at lift modernization if required
• Manage and ensure that the lift adjustment, testing and commissioning is safe during activities
• Manage on-site and monitor the testing process according to instruction and schedule
• Report Testing progress to Department Head/ Manager
• Manage and ensure safe, high quality, and timely testing of the equipment throughout the testing process
• Prepare lift adjustment training material and provide testing training for the in-house testers skill improvement
• Provide supervision to testers and support technical to troubleshoot testing problem if it is necessary
• Responsible for all the arrangement with 3rd parties such as SPE inspection, TMS inspection and participate RI, Client inspection related with lift testing
• Responsible for the annual calibration test of testing tools and equipments
• Responsible for the internal/ external audit inspection such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and Jsox etc and also updating the Documents if required
• Assist in project management if required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Department Head/ Manager
