In case you’re curious, here’s what the industry thinks of us and some of the impacts we’ve made to the communities we work in.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent practical experience in an ERP test lead role
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years of experience in test management
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and test plans
• Experience in test automation frameworks such as SMART, or other open-source or commercial tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on schedule
• Experience in Hybrid project methodology is a plus
• Experience implementing HRIS systems is an asset
