Testing Principal Consultant

INFOSYS IS SEEKING AN PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT,

As a Principal Consultant you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience

• Candidate must be located in Richardson, TX or should be willing to relocate to this area.
• This position may require travel in the US and Canada
• Experience with Project Management strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 11+ yrs. experience managing large test programs in a complex enterprise
• High impact communication with proven record of managing senior client stakeholder and multi-vendors
• Worked in global delivery model and managed transition of large programs
• Good knowledge of next gen QE, automation solutions and frameworks
• QA consulting - Able to comprehend the bigger picture, create solutions and present effectively to clients
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Should know how to create test strategy, test plan etc.
• Should understand non functional testing needs as well
