Miller Maintenance’s Electrical Services Department proudly provides routine and emergency maintenance on municipal and provincial electrical infrastructure in addition to construction services for commercial, industrial, and civil projects. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual looking for steady, challenging, and rewarding work in a positive environment. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for safe, effective, clean, organized, and professional performance to ensure Miller achieves and surpasses its customers’ expectations. Miller Maintenance proudly provides maintenance services on highway maintenance contracts for Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) across the province of Ontario. Our leadership in the Ontario road and highway maintenance industry is based on our commitment to continuous improvement through education, innovation, safety, and training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician License
- Valid Class G drivers license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Class AZ or DZ license with clean driver’s abstract
- IMSA Traffic Signal Technician or associated certifications
- OTM Book 7 knowledge and implementation
- Knowledge of MTO and municipal specifications pertaining to electrical work
- Experience with elevated work platforms, bucket trucks, or similar equipment
- Construction experience in civil, commercial, and/or industrial environment
- Ability to travel, be on call, and work shifts
