Description:
Act as Deputy Theatre Coordinator reporting to the Senior Team/Theatre Coordinator, coordinating the activities of the theatre department, inclusive of satellite clinical areas Deploy resources effectively to meet the needs of patients within the perioperative environment To effectively co-ordinate care to ensure a seamless and timely pathway of care for patients To be a visible and accessible presence in the clinical area for patients, relatives, and staff Lead by example and act as a positive role model taking responsibility for own professionaldevelopment Ensure that effective communication is maintained both within the theatre department and withrelevant external agencies or individuals Within their clinical setting, provide support to the Senior team/Matron in delivering the current NHSStrategic Plan, the Trusts strategic goals, and the implementation of the Stockport Accreditation andRecognition Scheme, including effective leadership, setting, monitoring, and maintaining optimal care
