To assist in the provision of nursing care and maintain high clinical standards To exercise accountability as set out in the NMC / HPCP Code of Professional Conduct Develop over time and contribute to the management of a clinical area and take charge in the absence of the theatre team manager To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust.
