Description:
The post holder will provide a comprehensive and administrative service to senior members of the Theatre team, to assist the smooth and effective performance of their duties and make a direct and positive contribution to the work of the team. The post holder must exercise initiative to organise their own workload within the constraints of defined deadlines.
Assist senior members of the team with implementing, maintaining and sustaining lean thinking methodology to improve productivity.
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the staff within the theatre department, to include monitoring quality and audit activity, data entry and the production of charts and graphs as required.
Assist in the day-to-day administration management of workforce and education activities, to include Mandatory Training Data entry, Qliksense data entry and produce performance reports.
Provide administrative support and timely workforce & information related to the Theatre service as required by Team Leaders and Theatre Matrons.
Working with a vision of “delivering excellence in all everything we do”, the post holder will be based within theatres and will be expected to work flexibly across campuses as required. The Clinical Support Division would especially welcome applications from BAME colleagues who are currently underrepresented at this level.
To provide personal assistant support for senior members of the Theatre team.
This is a cross-site post and postholders will be expected to divide their time between City and QMC Campus as deemed appropriate by the line manager
