- Experience of leadership and/or a desire to professionally develop in the area of leadership.
- Expertise in substance use or comparable field
- Experience of delivering a range of programmes / interventions

- Experience of partnership working and multi-agency liaison.
- A burning passion for creating positive change and improving lives
THE SERVICE
Our state-of-the-art facility will offer 27 beds for individuals seeking transformative recovery journeys. With a focus on nature and the environment, and with 1.2 acres of land on site, our Recovery through Nature projects will provide a holistic approach to healing. Plus, staff amenities such as onsite bedrooms and a brand-new gym ensure a supportive and enriching work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday role
- To support the Deputy Manager in ensuring that the therapeutic programme is delivered to the highest possible standards.
- To support the development and review of the treatment programme.
- To role model and ensure the staff of the service are led to achieve the highest professional standards and ensure compliance with Phoenix Futures policies and procedures.
- To support the service to comply with internal quality standards, external regulatory and health and safety requirements.
- To support the service so that volunteers and student placements operate effectively and that they are adequately supported.
- To ensure effective performance management of staff and volunteers within the service.
- To lead the Therapeutic team providing appropriate support, supervision and guidance. Line managing the therapeutic workers and other staff from the multi-disciplinary team.
