Responsibilities:

ROLE: THERAPEUTIC RESIDENTIAL WORKER

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Salary range is £23,151.50 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications, plus, additional Sleep-in allowance of £50 per shift)
Contract/Hours: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours a week,
Closing Date: Midnight on the 10th July 2024
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

In the role of Therapeutic Residential Worker, you will be promoting Action for Children’s values as well as supporting the Registered Manager, Teams Leaders, and the Residential Support Workers to achieve positive outcomes.

IN THE ROLE OF THERAPEUTIC RESIDENTIAL WORKER, WE’RE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • A positive and confident approach to engaging with children and young people.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with children and young people.
