Our commitment to sustainability drives us to carefully curate unique finds and reduce waste. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as an Assistant Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment or retail/e-commerce is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and best practices is a plus.
  • Will involve moving items around our warehouse (up to 50lbs)

Responsibilities:

  • Pricing: Own the pricing for all items, including approving discounts and managing pricing adjustments to remain competitive in the market.
  • Team Support & Training: Provide support to the team and conduct training sessions for both new and existing staff members to ensure they are equipped to handle their roles effectively.
  • Operational Team Management: Manage the operational team, fill in any gaps, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Returns & Refunds: Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Warehouse Flow Optimization: Monitor warehouse flow to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Day-to-Day Operations Management: Take charge of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to order processing, making sales, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
