Description:

The Ticket Operations Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of ticket operations for all Soccer Holdings, LLC entities, including Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games and events held at Lynn Family Stadium events. This position will report to the Senior Director of Ticket Sales and will work closely with the ticket sales, marketing, and partnership departments.
This is an on-site position located in Louisville, KY.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in ticket operations, sales, or related field.
  • 3+ years of ticket operations and ticket software experience; SeatGeek knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to fulfill the schedule requirements of the position, including working nights & weekends during home games and special events.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and requests.
  • Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
  • Experience working with statistical and analytical data preferred.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
  • Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to walk significant distances, including up and down stairs, as required throughout the venue, as well as stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head in conjunction with tasks.
Must be able to work in moderate to very loud environments.
Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions (i.e., heat, rain, cold, snow, wind).

Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional soccer clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021, bringing top-tier professional sports back to Kentucky for the first time in nearly 50 years.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact with the Club’s ticketing platform, Unify (SeatGeek).
  2. Monitor and manage the technical aspects of ticket operations including online sales, mobile applications, and box office systems.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ticketing systems and coordinate with IT teams for resolutions.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ticketing, data privacy, and accessibility.
  5. Develop and implement ticketing strategies to optimize revenue generation and attendance.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt ticketing strategies accordingly and ensure accurate and timely distribution of tickets to customers.
  7. Develop pricing structures, promotional campaigns, and special offers with direction from marketing, ticket sales, and partnerships.
  8. Collaborate with event organizers and promoters to ensure seamless integration of ticketing operations with event logistics; utilize data insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies for future events.
  9. Work in conjunction with the Director of Business Intelligence to generate and analyze reports on ticket sales, attendance, revenue, and customer demographics.
  10. Reconcile ticket sales revenue and provide accurate financial reporting to Accounting.
  11. Stay up to date on industry trends to develop and recommend new ideas.
  12. Other duties and projects as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will supervise the Ticket Operations Coordinator, as well as oversee the box office, including the recruitment of seasonal box office associates.
