MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid experience in campaign/marketing/comms/strategy/BA and e-commerce business.
  • Experience with partnerships and social media management
  • Local experience in Europe would be preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in English and French/Italian speakers would be preferred.
  • Equipped with cross functional communication and collaboration skills, and capable of working cross culturally in a global working environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous and high-growth environment. Be able to achieve business targets with strategic flexibility.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Build up generic expression for TikTok Shop and help promote it to merchants and users by marketing initiatives and channels.
  • Support business growth by driving awareness and traffic to drive incremental GMV during seasonal moments.
  • Share updates & marketing plans with cross-functional teams and partners to problem solve & align on key messages.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns for both end consumers and merchants, partner on awareness driving initiatives, and lead both internal and external brand partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimise campaigns.
