About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a “new infrastructure” for expanding ecological boundaries.
We are looking for a Brand and Reputation Manager to act as our Brand Stalwart for TikTok LIVE, to propel the brand to a greater heights sustainably.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research and analyse risk factors on livestream from public and regulatory angles, locally and globally;
  • Design strategies to promote positive impact of LIVE and build up trust;
  • Build channels and mechanisms internally to help cross-functional stakeholders to understand LIVE business model, safety, tools, positive efforts etc;
  • Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement positive campaigns and content and build up solutions to promote that content to win trust with the public and government.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, with relevant working experience in a large and complex organization ;
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment. Good at crisis management;
  • Possess good ownership execution and communication skills, more than two years of policy or project management experience; have the ability to lead complex cross-functional cooperation and conduct difficult dialogues;
  • A team player who is adaptable and willing to pitch in to support colleagues and the growth of the business. Work in partnership effectively with people from different disciplines and cultures.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in policy or project management within large, multifaceted organizations, showcasing a capacity for strategic planning, effective execution, and successful crisis resolution in challenging environments.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a track record of contributing positively to team dynamics, supporting colleagues, and working effectively in partnership with professionals from various disciplines to support the growth and success of the business.
