About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides a robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a “new infrastructure” for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, strategy, or a related area.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience risk mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent at communication and collaboration, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze data to identify patterns of malicious behavior and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct case studies on incidents involving both malicious and innocent users to refine risk evaluation processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, compliance, and customer service, to develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure minimal disruption to legitimate users by creating and maintaining effective feedback and appeal processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of risk management interventions on both malicious actors and innocent users.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform policy development and operational improvements.
• Balance the needs of the business with regulatory compliance requirements and user experience considerations.
