TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for a Data Analyst, Supply Chain & Logistics. This individual will be responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce’s US logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports;
• Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Lead time improvement, cost reduction, logistics experience rating, etc; communicate findings to influence others to take actions;
• Follow-up data analysis of regional operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions;
• Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in data analysis or equivalent
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R
• High energy, self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-growing environment

  Job Information
  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $101080 - $168888 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
